Snackology is doing Taco Tuesday twice this week. Or, I guess Tuesday was actually Mexican pizza ... and Thursday is tacos ...
But anyway, Taco Bell dropped three menu items today, bringing back the Shredded Beef Dipping Taco and introducing Shredded Beef Nacho Fries and Strawberry Cinnabon Delights. The chain also set its amazing Cantina Chicken Mexican Pizza live for everyone after it was launched for app VIPs on Tuesday.
I missed out on the Dipping Taco when Taco Bell first introduced it in the form of the Grilled Cheese Dipping Taco back in 2023, but the menu item was clearly popular enough for the chain to resurrect it three years later.
“We love when a taco like this becomes more than just a bite — it’s about how every ingredient works together,” Liz Matthews, global chief food innovation officer at Taco Bell, said in the company’s announcement. “This one is rich, crispy and melty, so when you dip it in the savory sauce, every bite of the Shredded Beef Dipping Taco feels like a new discovery of flavors.”
For the second time this week, let’s jump into a giant bag of Taco Bell ...

A Shredded Beef Dipping Taco is $3.99, the Shredded Beef Nacho Fries are $5.49 and a 12-pack of Strawberry Cinnabon Delights is $7.79.

First off, I’m sorry that all my pictures of the Shredded Beef Dipping Taco look less than appetizing. I did my best with them, but this fella is one of those Taco Bell menu items that turns out you really should eat at the restaurant instead of letting it simmer during a drive back to your home.
Photos aside, the Shredded Beef Dipping Taco is very tasty. The birria-inspired shredded beef is excellent, and I’m thrilled to see it back in the mix at Taco Bell. It’s flavorful and pairs perfectly with what Taco Bell calls a “rich, zesty red sauce.” I’m not quite sure how to best describe the dipping sauce. Is it like a watered-down version of the chain’s traditional hot sauce?
It’s a good thing that the Shredded Beef Dipping Taco — also filled with “a threecheese blend and creamy jalapeño sauce” — is so good. I had to rush through eating mine before it lost all structural integrity instead of finishing photographing my entire Taco Bell haul.

Ah, Nacho Fries, we meet again. I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve reviewed different versions of Taco Bell’s loaded fries over the past year or so, but with a few exceptions, they’ve always been a hit.

The birria-inspired shredded beef is a fantastic addition to the Nacho Fries, and the combo probably rivals the Chicken Bacon Ranch Nacho Fries as one of my favorite recent takes on now-classic Taco Bell menu item. In addition to the shredded beef, these Nacho Fries have a base of pico de gallo, threecheese blend, nacho cheese sauce and jalapeño sauce.

Ooo, a new sweet treat at Taco Bell. You all know how much I love when a new Taco Bell dessert shows up, whether it’s the Confetti Cookie Freeze, Salted Caramel Churros or Chocolate Fudge & Caramel Empanadas. The chain’s Cinnabon Delights are normally part of its breakfast menu, but they’ve broken containment with this new flavor, allowing you to add something sweet to your lunch or dinner that’s a bit more elevated than Taco Bell’s Cinnamon Twists. (I love Cinnamon Twists.)

Strawberry Cinnabon Delights are incredibly sweet. They’re so powerful that their fried doughiness overpowered the scent of my other Taco Bell items during the drive back from my local restaurant. These donut holes add a strawberry twist to the traditional sugar dusting that each Cinnabon gets.
The best part is that Strawberry Cinnabon Delights have cream-cheese frosting on the inside, solving my long-running quest to get Taco Bell to include some frosting for dipping with its dessert items.
I bought a 12-pack of these fellas instead of just a 2-pack since a dozen would make for better photos. That wound up being a good decision for photos ... but an unwise decision since I spent the rest of the day snacking on the remaining Strawberry Cinnabon Delights that were sitting on our kitchen counter.

And because I’m a man of my word, I added the Cantina Chicken Mexican Pizza to my order on Thursday. I told you all I should’ve ordered a second one. And now I have.
Shredded Beef Dipping Taco, Strawberry Cinnabon Delights and Shredded Beef Nacho Fries were provided to Snackology for this independent review.
