Halloween is done, which means we can officially dive into the holiday season. As seasonal aisles shift skeleton-themed candy over to the clearance section to make room for candy canes, what better time than now to crack open a Poppi Cranberry Fizz?
“Would it even be the holidays without the return of this fan-fave festive flavor?” the back of the box asks.
By my count, this is the third year that Poppi has celebrated the holiday season with Cranberry Fizz, so it must be worth the wait, right?

Poppi Cranberry Fizz immediately became one of my favorite flavors of prebiotic soda. This year was my first time trying the limited-edition variety, and I was instantly won over.
Cranberry Fizz strikes the perfect balance of cranberry flavor. It’s tart without being too tart. The experience of sipping on a Poppi Cranberry Fizz is nowhere near as mouth-puckering as drinking pure cranberry juice, but you also get to enjoy the fact that you’re not pumping sugar into your veins like with the Frosted Cranberry Splash with Sprite. (Which is a fun drink! But you definitely gotta consume that one in moderation.)
When poured into a glass, Poppi Cranberry Fizz takes on a ginger ale-esque appearance. It’s a classy look. (Not every festive beverage needs to be bright red with red sprinkles. Again, leave that to the Frosted Cranberry Splash.)
I really love that we got two very different prebiotic sodas from Poppi and Olipop this holiday season. Poppi went with a classic cranberry flavor, while Olipop introduced a new pomegranate variety of its prebiotic soda. These prebiotic sodas have come a huge way from when they first cracked into the market a few years back, and they’ve become a regular stop for me on my journey around the grocery store.
