Are Firehook x Grillo’s Dill Pickle Crackers as cool as a ... pickled cucumber?
The year of dill pickle extends its briny reach to Firehook Crackers.

Is 2026 the year of dill pickle? Firehook x Grillo’s Dill Pickle Crackers are the third pickle-based item that Snackology has reviewed this year, following in the footsteps of Oreo Dill Pickle Flavored Fudge Cookies (which also appeared in the Oreo Summer Carnival Cookie Tin) and PBR x Grillo’s Pickle Beer.
“We are always looking for flavors that elevate our signature crunch, and nothing does that quite like a classic dill pickle,” Firehook Crackers CEO Maura Mottolese said in the company’s announcement. “Pickles are having a major moment right now, and for good reason — that bold, briny punch is utterly addictive. Pair it with our artisan crunch and suddenly you can't stop reaching into the box.”
This is the second time that Firehook has partnered with a fan-favorite brand to create a limited-edition cracker. Firehook x Ithaca Hummus French Onion Crackers were released earlier this year ... and I actually purchased them off Amazon as I wrote this review. But on to the dill pickle crackers!

I don’t have pricing yet for this flavor, but my Harris Teeter sells Firehook Crackers for $7.99 a package.

Firehook promises that this limited-edition crossover “infuses Firehook’s iconic, artisan cracker base with a punchy blend of fresh dill, garlic and vinegar inspired by the classic Grillo’s recipe.” Like pretty much every other Firehook flavor, these are incredibly tasty. (I’ve been known to finish off a box of their crackers in a single day.)
If you’re hesitant when it comes to dill pickle flavor, I’d still give these crackers a shot. The dill isn’t overpowering at first, but it does build as you eat more crackers. Which I did.

“We worked with Firehook for over a year to get this flavor right,” Grillo’s Pickles Chief Commercial Officer Mark Luker said of the partnership. “We’re very happy with where it landed and grateful for the Firehook team for being so collaborative. We hope folks are able to enjoy this summer!”
If you’re lucky, you can pair a PBR x Grillo’s Pickle Beer with the new Firehook x Grillo’s Dill Pickle Crackers.
Firehook x Grillo’s Dill Pickle Crackers were provided to Snackology for this independent review.
