It’s going to be cookie season soon. Halloween is still a few weeks away, but you know there are storerooms full of Christmas products ready to stock seasonal aisles the second the calendar turns to Nov. 1. The Pepperidge Farm Autumn Exclusives Collection hit shelves last month, which means the cookie company is ready to turn its attention to the next big holiday with Milano Espresso Martini cookies.
“New Milano Espresso Martini delivers a bold yet balanced flavor, pairing two thin, crisp Milano cookies with rich espresso notes and a decadent chocolate filling,” Pepperidge Farm wrote in its announcement. “A touch of creamy vanilla rounds out the flavor, complementing Milano’s signature light snap and chocolatey center. Enjoy with holiday-flavored coffee, post-dinner or whenever the moment calls for a little holiday indulgence — no shaker necessary.”
After reviewing a whopping EIGHT different Pepperidge Farm cookies for last year’s Holiday Exclusive collection, I feel that I’m more than qualified to tell you that Milano Espresso Martini cookies are one of the best varieties of Milano cookies I’ve tried. Pepperidge Farm nailed the coffee flavor in this one.
