Druski is set to host ‘the last ever episode of SNL’

‘You’re gonna wear it?’ Marcello Hernandez asked. ‘And you’re gonna do the voice?’ If you know, you know.

Can Druski save this season of SNL? We’ve seen zero signs that the show can pull out of its Season 52 death spiral, with last week’s David S. Pumpkins/Donald Trump switcheroo destroying what little goodwill SNL has left at this moment.

The comedian is an unconventional pick to host SNL. This is the first time Lorne Michaels has picked a content creator to lead an episode, and it comes on the heels of a massive political shift after this week’s midterm elections.

I haven’t seen much of Druski’s work, but I found his promo for this episode to be incredibly charming. Hopefully that’s enough to finally deliver an episode of SNL worth talking about this weekend.
