Where I found it: Harris Teeter
Did I buy it? Yes. This was the big one for me this week. The revamped Mr. Pibb Zero Sugar finally showed up at our grocery store. I’ve been waiting for this soda since Coke announced it was coming last fall — and it was worth it. Weirdly, Harris Teeter didn’t have the non-Zero Sugar version but did still have Pibb Xtra in the soda aisle.

Did I buy it? Yes. The span of time between me spotting Wonder Banana Creme Cakes on the snack cakes display and a box going into my cart would need to be measured with one of those devices that use vibrating atoms or whatever. As someone who has purchased the Wonder Confetti Cakes several times and has a deep respect for the iconic fake banana flavor, I knew this flavor would be a hit.

Did I buy it? No. But only because I’m smart enough to know that any carton of Ben & Jerry’s — even if it’s Scoop-apalooza and meant for “pleasing a crowd” — will turn into a single-serve container. Our Harris Teeter had three of the four launch flavors, missing a home for Vanilla & Fudge Brownie.

Did I buy it? No. We’re still working through our stash of Little Debbie Ice Cream Sandwiches, but these are definitely on my radar for the future. There was only a home for the standard Snickers flavor, making me wonder if the Crunchy Peanut Butter, Almond, Salted Caramel and M&M’s varieties will eventually show up too.

Did I buy it? No. Look, there’s only so much room in our freezer. The Bluey and Hello Kitty Popsicles are still in there. The SpongeBob Popsicles are tempting ... even without the classic gumball nose.

Did I buy it? No. I’m usually a Dunkin Cold Foam guy when it comes to topping off my coffee in the morning. I’m intrigued by the Confetti Birthday Cake and Toasted Coconut Vanilla flavors of Chobani Coffee Creamer.

Did I buy it? No. I’m pretty sure this is just La Colombe Cold Brew in a new bottle? (Some folks online think the cold brew has changed, though.) I appreciate the update from the triangular bottles that were a tough fit into our fridge.

Did I buy it? No. I’m still eating my way through Harris Teeter’s “buy two, get two” sale from last week. I’ll probably pick up the Kick’n Nacho Cheese flavor of Cheez-It Crunch at some point to see how closely they resemble Cheetos.

Did I buy it? No. Not this week, but I’ll absolutely pick up both the Honey Mustard and Hot Buffalo flavors of Goldfish Pretzels again at some point. Just gotta find the Ranch Goldfish to mix in with the Hot Buffalo Goldfish Pretzels ...

Did I buy it? No. I actually tried both flavors of Juicy Drop Gummy Mystery Cubes last year — they’re in an Instagram story somewhere on Snackology’s account — and while the novelty of digging a gummy animal out of a larger gummy cube was interesting, they aren’t something I’d eat again.
