Jack Black returns to host SNL for his fifth time this weekend, making it back-to-back seasons for him. (Thanks, Mario and Minecraft movies for dramatically ending Black’s hosting drought?) As Black prepares to join the illustrious Five-Timers Club, the Super Mario Galaxy Movie star invited viewers to join his journey as he gets ready for the show.

I watched a video of Black with Anya Taylor-Joy earlier today, and it’s hilarious that while she’s been treating the Mario press tour as a moment of high fashion, Black has stuck to a “Guy Fieri but a skateboarder” aesthetic.
