This will be Druski’s first time hosting the show and Mulaney’s seventh time.
NBC announced on Thursday the next two hosts for this season of SNL, selecting a rookie host and soon-to-be seven-time host.
Content creator/comic Druski will host the Nov. 7 episode, and John Mulaney will follow on Nov. 14. Both of these picks had been rumored, with a recent report naming Druski as the first content creator to host the show and Mulaney’s name popping up on Reddit for his episode.
I’m honestly surprised that Lorne Michaels didn’t swap Druski and Mulaney. After Inde Navarrette hosts the Oct. 31 episode, the next episode is the first to follow the midterm elections. Michaels has historically gone with a big name for those shows. I guess Mulaney doesn’t speak for the nation like Dave Chappelle does ...
This will be Druski’s first time hosting SNL. It’ll be Mulaney’s seventh time, having previously hosted in April 2018, March 2019, February 2020, October 2020, February 2022 and November 2024. (Yeah, that was the one Kamala Harris had a cameo in ...)
The Strokes will be the musical guest for Druski’s episode, and Phoebe Bridgers will be the musical guest for Mulaney’s.
