The product: Xochitl Halloween Tortilla Chips
The cost: Xochitl chips are normally $5.49 at my Harris Teeter, but they were on sale for $4.99 last week.

This isn’t the first year that we’ve gotten Xochitl Halloween Tortilla Chips. The brand, known for its “thin and crispy” tortilla chips, has released orange and black chips in the past, but this is the first Halloween release since the brand switched to “100% pure avocado oil” and unveiled its fantastic new visual style.
These are the same tasty tortilla chips that I reviewed back in March. Back then, I called them “easily snackable on their own, with enough salt to not need the additional boost of a salsa, queso or guacamole.” And because I forgot to pick up a jar of salsa at the grocery store, I did exactly that.
I love the packaging on these chips. Xochitl embraced the Día de los Muertos vibes this release, writing that they “celebrate the joy of honoring memories, traditions and the people who bring life to our table.” The best part? “XO SPOOKY” printed down the side of the bag.
