This is my second time trying Trolli Gummi Pops. Snackology brought you a review of the Very Berry flavor back in the spring. I didn’t understand how Trolli Gummi Pops work then. And I don’t understand how they work now. The science that makes this frozen treat both frozen and wobbly at the same time escapes me.
Trolli introduced the Electric Blueberry Lemonade flavor in September, unveiling a “marbled format (that differs from the traditional stacked flavor combos) ... [that] zaps two sour-punched flavors of Blueberry and Lemonade together.” This is a really strong flavor duo. The lemonade half delivers a fun zing.
If you decide to give Trolli Gummi Pops a try, do yourself a favor and make sure you eat the entire thing before it has a chance to melt. The resulting gelatinous puddle is going to make you question your life choices.
