Celebrate Slurpee Day with the Mountain Dew Confetti Chill Slurpee
A quick review of the limited-edition 60th anniversary flavor.
With the latest ‘Minions’ movie hitting theaters today, it’s time to wrap up our journey through its crossover snacks.
With Minions & Monsters hitting theaters today, I think we’ve finally reached the end of the road when it comes to new foods getting released to promote the latest Minions movie. We’ve gotten King’s Hawaiian Banana Bites. We’ve had an entire Minions & Monsters Meal at Wendy’s. And now it’s time for the French’s Minions & Monsters Limited Edition 2-Pack With Gift.
Despite that absurdly clunky name, this one is pretty simple. The pack comes with two bottles of French’s mustard — French’s Minion Yellow Mustard and French’s Goomi’s Green Mustard — in addition to a Minions topper that you can add to a bottle of French’s mustard.
“French’s has always been part of summer’s biggest moments, from ballparks to backyard cookouts. Partnering with Illumination's Minions & Monsters reimagines that tradition with a surprisingly colorful and undeniably fun, green twist,” French’s parent company said in its announcement.
Is the world ready for green mustard?

While Snackology was still several decades away from covering food news, I absolutely remember Heinz boldly releasing green ketchup back in 2000. It’s been a long time since green ketchup disappeared from store shelves, but seeing vibrant green mustard on a hot dog brought me back to the early 2000s.
In terms of taste, French’s Goomi’s Green Mustard is exactly what you expect from normal mustard. Despite its green color, I didn’t think twice about eating a cheesy stuffed hot dog topped with the Kermit-colored condiment.
The value of the two-pack itself is going to depend on how much that Minions bottle topper is worth to you. Do you need a Minions head for your collection? If so, the two bottles of mustard are a nice add-on. But if you just want to try Goomi’s Green Mustard, it’s available on its own for just $1.97.
