Ryan Gosling breaks ‘SNL,’ Peeps teams up with Hostess, and I have a theory about fiBEAR ...

One of my biggest regrets about Snackology is that I didn’t have the newsletter back when Pepsi x Peeps was unleashed on the world. I would’ve loved to have reviewed that collaboration. Thankfully, we haven’t stopped getting crossovers between Peeps and other brands. Just last month, Snackology brought you a review of Peeps SunnyD Flavored Marshmallow Chicks and Peeps Pop-Tarts Frosted Strawberry Flavored Marshmallow Chicks, two versions of the marshmallow chicks that tasted like other beloved foods. Today, I give you Hostess Peeps Cupcakes.

As someone who grew up during the 1990s wave of Dunkin’ Donuts expansion and who married someone from Massachusetts, I’ve long had a preference for Dunkin’ over other coffee (and donut) chains. With both of those things in mind, I was super excited when Dunkin’ and Brownie Brittle announced that they had come together to release Dunkin’ Sprinkled Donut Blondie Brittle and Dunkin’ Mocha Latte Brownie Brittle.

There’s something that’s been bugging me for the past few weeks. I’ve been hoping that someone would point it out or that another site might realize what’s going on, but no one has seemed to catch on yet. Maybe I’m stretching way too far on this one, but hear me out. The new bear mascot for Smartfood FiberPop is Winnie-the-Pooh.

My hopes were high for Ryan Gosling’s return to SNL. I didn’t expect him to lock in the best episode of the season by 12:10 a.m., though. The Project Hail Mary star easily ran away with this episode, delivering hit after hit as the night went along. There are some weeks when I struggle to pick a sketch or two as the best of the episode. For Gosling’s episode, I had to draw the line at two sketches. The wild thing is that every sketch in this episode could’ve been named as an episode’s best.

Universal Pictures released the final trailer for The Super Mario Galaxy Movie earlier this week, but a bit of casting news for the movie really captured everyone’s attention. Donald Glover is voicing Yoshi.
