Ritz Drizzled Minis unite salty and sweet in a tiny snack
Available in both Fudge and Caramel, the elevated crackers should make your snacking decisions much simpler.

When I’m feeling snacky, I often wind up making two visits to our kitchen food closet. One of those visits is to come away with a salty snack. Goldfish. Ritz Bits. Maybe a sleeve of crackers. And then the second visit is for something sweet. Sour Patch Kids. M&Ms. Maybe an entire package of Twizzlers.
The folks over at Nabisco understand this phenomenon. America demands a selection of snacks that are both salty and sweet. (That’s why salted caramel is such a big deal, right?) The company has kicked off 2026 with the rollout of Ritz Drizzled Minis.
Available in both Fudge and Caramel, Ritz Drizzled Minis are a “sweet-and-salty snack that brings together the iconic salty crunch of a Ritz cracker with sweet drizzle on top and a decadent coating on the bottom.”
I love a Ritz cracker. Growing up, we usually had two kinds of crackers on hand: The classic saltine and Ritz. I’m serious when I say I could (and still can) eat a sleeve of crackers in a single sitting. So, yeah, let’s see what happens when you add chocolate and caramel to them.

I haven’t seen a price yet for Ritz Drizzled Minis. In addition to the 4 oz. packs I tried for this review, they’ll also be available in 8 oz. packs for both flavors and 10-count packs for Ritz Drizzled Minis Fudge.
Upon opening my bags of Ritz Drizzled Minis, I was struck by two things. One, each bag nailed the smell of their flavors. The Fudge flavor was welcoming and the Caramel scent was rich. If I wasn’t already extremely interested in eating these guys, the magic of opening each bag had my attention.
The second thing was how, well, mini Ritz Drizzled Minis are. I don’t know why I was expecting full-sized Ritz crackers here. “Minis” is right in their name, but I think the yearly seasonal appearance of Ritz Fudge Covered Holiday Crackers had tricked my brain into thinking that this new drizzled variety was going to be the same size.

I started my taste test with the Fudge variety of Ritz Drizzled Minis. I wasn’t surprised at just how well the two elements of this snack clicked together. In addition to the aforementioned Ritz Fudge Covered Holiday Crackers, we’ve also seen Lay’s offer a chocolate-covered version of its classic potato chip. (That snack has sadly been discontinued.)
Despite it being cracker-based, Ritz Drizzled Minis Fudge also reminded me of the Keebler Fudge Stripe cookies. A bottom layer of chocolate with a decorative chocolate topping — just with some of the base sweetness swapped out for saltiness.

Ritz Drizzled Minis Caramel aren’t as sweetly in your face as their Fudge counterparts, but they might be my favorite of the two flavors. This combo brings something different to the snacking table that hasn’t already been done. I can get chocolate-covered Ritz crackers around Christmas every year, but this is the first time I’ve seen caramel thrown into the mix.
I love both flavors, and for the full experience, I’d suggest buying a bag of each and mixing them together.
