Nerds Juicy Gummy Clusters are uncharted snacking territory

If you’ve been reading Snackology for pretty much any amount of time, you know that I’m a massive fan of Nerds Gummy Clusters. They’re a perfect candy, brought to us through the magic of science and marketing. It doesn’t matter which flavor we’re talking about — and I’ve tried them all — Nerds Gummy Clusters are never not a huge hit.

But now, in the waning days of 2025, I bring you news that the folks over at Ferrera have somehow made Nerds Gummy Clusters even better.

I introduce to you Nerds Juicy Gummy Clusters.

It’s a next-level candy creation designed to spark joy and turn everyday moments into something extraordinary.”

Long story short, Nerds basically put a Gushers inside a Nerds Gummy Cluster, doubling the size of the legendary candy, adding “a chewy, strawberry punch flavor that wraps around a JUICY center with delicious flavor.”

Nerds Juicy Gummy Clusters have been on my radar for months now, with rumors of the inventive new candy circulating even before they were honored as one of the Most Innovative New Product Awards winners at the Sweets & Snacks Expo back in May.

Once Nerds Juicy Gummy Clusters hit stores, you’ll be able to find them in 2.65 oz., 4.5 oz. and 7.15 oz. bags, with pricing running somewhere between $2.49 and $6.49.

My thoughts

Take a look at one of the new Cherry Lemonade Blitz Nerds Gummy Clusters next to a Strawberry Punch Nerds Juicy Gummy Cluster.

They weren’t lying when they said that the latest addition to the Nerds lineup is twice the size of the traditional variety. Nerds Juicy Gummy Clusters are massive. An absolute unit of a piece of candy. They have a heft to them that you don’t get with the traditional Nerds Gummy Clusters.

They didn’t skimp when it came to filling these fellas either.

For someone who grew up in a household where we didn’t have Gushers fruit snacks — if a neighborhood buddy was feeling generous, they’d let me have a bag when I was over at their house — combining that elusive element of childhood snacking with the candy that revolutionized my candy consumption in my late 30s is a wild development.
