SNL has announced the two hosts who’ll follow Melissa McCarthy as Season 51 closes out the year ...
Josh O’Connor hosts on Dec. 13, and Ariana Grande hosts on Dec. 20.
This will be O’Connor’s first time hosting, with his role in Rian Johnson’s Wake Up Dead Man finally putting him on Lorne Michaels’ radar. Grande is no stranger to SNL, previously hosting March 12, 2016, and Oct. 12, 2024. (She was also the musical guest three times, including when she pulled double duty with that 2016 episode.) We got a Domingo sketch the last time Grande hosted — will SNL bring him back for the second time this season?
Lily Allen will be the musical guest for O’Connor’s episode, and Cher will be the musical guest for Grande’s episode.
