I did not have a Waiting to Exhale spoof on my bingo card of ideas for Teyana Taylor’s SNL promo. (Mostly because that’s not how bingo cards work.) But this was one of the more inspired promos of Season 51, with the One Battle After Another star joining breakout star Ashley Padilla to channel Angela Bassett after Andrew Dismukes at Padilla’s eggplant parm.
