I still can’t believe there’s a ‘Project Hail Mary’ Lego set
If you love Andy Weir’s book and can’t wait to see the movie, you need to check out Ryan Gosling in minifigure form.

Bad Boys: Ride or Die had a good weekend. The fourth film in Will Smith and Martin Lawrence’s franchise turned in the fifth biggest opening weekend of 2024, just behind Kung Fu Panda 4’s $57,989,905.
The $56 million opening weekend was also the franchise’s second highest. Bad Boys For Life debuted with $62.5 million in January 2020, in the final months before the pandemic turned the movie industry upside down.
It’s still wild that Warner Bros. killed a Batgirl movie directed by Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah, the duo behind the two most recent Bad Boys movies, in exchange for a tax write-off.
Weekend gross: $10M
Total domestic gross: $68.6M
Last weekend: 1st
Percent drop: 29
The Garfield Movie continues to show remarkable staying power, falling just 29 percent in its third weekend. I don’t know if this one has the power to hit $100 million, but it should eclipse Garfield: The Movie, the hybrid Garfield movie from 2004 that had Bill Murray voicing the iconic cat that had a $75.4 million domestic haul.
