‘Spider-Noir’ swings into action, Shamrock Shake and McFlurry return, and it’s election season for M&M’s

While Marvel Studios sat out the Super Bowl this year, we still got some pretty awesome new trailers while the Seattle Seahawks saved us from a new New England Patriots dynasty. My personal favorites were the teasers for Project Hail Mary and Disclosure Day, but our daughter made me play the trailer for Minions & Monsters twice. Twice!

SNL has announced which star will host the show’s first episode of March, and let’s just say Lorne Michaels is calling for a Hail Mary ... a Project Hail Mary ...

Oh boy, do I have an exciting one for you today. Snackology is heading into the weekend with the news that the Shamrock Shake — and its newer sibling, the Oreo Shamrock McFlurry — are back for 2026. And there’s a chance you can find them early.

I drink a ton of Coke Zero. I’d say too much Coke Zero, but there’s never been any scientific data that shows that drinking too much Coke Zero was bad for you. (Don’t fact check me on this. Snackology isn’t legally responsible for any scientific claims.) For a touch of variety every so often, I’ll mix in one of the variants of Coke Zero.
