After going live at Live Más Cafés at the end of last month, Olivia Rodrigo’s **You Seem Pretty Pink for a Baja Blast** made its nationwide debut at Taco Bell on Thursday. “One of my favorite drinks ever is a Mountain Dew Baja Blast, so I genuinely cannot believe You Seem Pretty Pink for a Baja Blast is real,” [Rodrigo said when her limited-edition flavor was announced on Aug. 29](https://www.theomnicosm.com/snackology-taco-bell-olivia-rodrigo-baja-blast-pink/). I believe Rodrigo when she says that Baja Blast is one of her favorite drinks ever. Fans were able to try Pretty Pink Baja Blast at her Daisy Chain Fields music festival, with [*The New York Times* reporting](https://www.nytimes.com/2026/08/31/arts/music/daisy-chain-fields-olivia-rodrigo.html?ref=theomnicosm.com) that Taco Bell “offered plenty of flowery photo ops for fans who endured the long lines to sip Rodrigo’s cheekily named custom soda brew, You Seem Pretty Pink for a Baja Blast.” The fast-food restaurant sold more than 46,000 You Seem Pretty Pink for a Baja Blasts over the first two weeks of its release. That’s in addition to the more than 20,000 samples served during Rodrigo’s Daisy Chain Fields Festival. This doesn’t seem to be a preproduced flavor. I was immediately struck by the ombré fade in my Pretty Pink Baja Blast. I expected a bright pink beverage, but the actual soda looks like Taco Bell mixed this drink on site. Taco Bell advertised You Seem Pretty Pink for a Baja Blast as a mixture of Baja Blast’s “signature lime flavor with refreshing pink lemonade.” My taste buds were always going to be buzzing on this one thanks to me abandoning non-diet soda two decades ago. But the combo of Baja Blast lime and lemonade works. It’s sweet, but the tartness of the lemonade cuts through. Wanna know what’s crazy? As I was pulling out of the Taco Bell drive-through, Rodrigo’s “my way” started playing on my Apple Music.
