Honestly, though? Not bad. These were your standard Bush’s Beans, so I didn’t have to worry about [navigating Dill Pickle or Rocket Pop flavors](https://www.theomnicosm.com/tag/bushs-baked-beans/) on toast. It’s hard to go wrong with a slice of toast, and despite my questions about how these two slices of bread made their way to me through various shipping channels, I managed to not burn either of them in my toaster. Getting the toast correct was key, since your toast needs to be able to hold up after you burden it with baked beans and lift it up for a bite. I don’t think I’m going to start making beans on toast at home.
